The Academia hotel is a 2-star property offering basic accommodation, friendly service and a peaceful location on the outskirts of the city in a large park. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, just a short distance from the centre of Graz. It is also ideally placed within a short walking distance of the Schonbrungasse tram stop, which offers easy and convenient access into the city centre. The hotel resides in a purpose-built block which during the academic year acts as a residence for students and university graduates. During the summer months, the property operates as a fully-licensed hotel. There are no leisure facilities in the hotel, however there are numerous opportunities for sightseeing in the city centre. Guests can also enjoy the hotel?s close proximity to the Hilmteich Lake and Leech Forest. Dining facilities include a modest breakfast room offering a daily breakfast buffet. There are also a number of bars and restaurants in the local area. Standard rooms have been furnished in a simplistic style with functionality in mind. Room amenities include a telephone and work desk. Bathrooms feature a shower. Please note that the hotel reception is closed between 10pm and 6am. If guests arrive outside these times, they will find a telephone number to call and the receptionist will come down for the check-in procedure.
