Simple but pleasant, no-frills hotel offering cosy accommodation, with excellent transport links nearby, and is recommended for budget travellers. LOCATION: Conveniently located next to the Gare de l'Est train station and only a few steps further to the Gare du Nord (Eurostar) station. The hotel is steps from the Church of St Vincent de Paul and the St. Martin canal, just a stone's throw from the Grand Boulevards, and just a few minutes to the Place de la République and the charming Montmartre area. EXTERIOR: Traditional 6-storey building. ROOMS: Rooms are medium-in-size and are reported to be clean and comfortable. They are simply decorated and functionally furnished, and come equipped with the essentials needed. Most of the bathrooms have showers only, although some have bathtubs. RESTAURANTS & BARS: There is no restaurant but there are numerous brasseries, bars and cafes nearby. Continental breakfast is included and served daily from 07:00 ? 10:00am.
