Abbey Hotel (City Centre) is the best located tourist hotel in Bath (we believe). Located in the oldest part of the city it has the Roman Baths, Thermal Spa, Bath Abbey, Pulteney Bridge, Sally Lunns, Bath Rugby Club, Parade Gardens, the main shopping centre and great restaurants all on its doorstep. Guided tours exploring the rest of Bath, including the Royal Crescent, Circus and Assembly Rooms leave from outside the hotel every 10 minutes. The train and coach station are close by and with local public parking located by the Police Station it is the ideal place to explore all that Bath has to offer. Built as part of the Grand Design in the 1740s the hotel has the modern convenience you would expect from a friendly 3 star hotel in a classic Georgian building. This is a non smoking hotel.
