This elegant 17th Century hotel is in the heart of medieval Salisbury, opposite the famous Cathedral and its Close. Its tradition of offering fine hospitality in comfortable surroundings is maintained to this day. An ideal base from which to visit Stonehenge, Old Sarum, Wilton House, Longleat, The New Forest and many other local attractions. In winter, huge log fires burn in open fireplaces, and in summer months the courtyard is a tapestry of colour with flower displays. The entire hotel is non smoking. Parking is available at an additional charge.***The hotel is undergoing light refurbishment works from 01/08/11 till 28/08/11.
